Nexi Launch - License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Nexi Launch ("Licensor"). By purchasing or using any of our templates, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the templates in accordance with the license purchased. You have two license options:

Single Template License

You are granted permission to:

• Use the template for unlimited projects.
• Receive lifetime updates for the template.
• Access to community support.
• Charge clients for freelance projects.

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template.
• Use the template to create derivative products like website builders, templates, boilerplates, or similar tools.

All-Access Pass

You are granted permission to:

• Access all templates instantly.
• Use the templates for unlimited projects.
• Receive lifetime updates for all templates.
• Access to email and community support.
• Charge clients for freelance projects.

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template.
• Use the template to create derivative products like website builders, templates, boilerplates, or similar tools.

2. Prohibited Uses

Regardless of the license type:

• You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the templates or any modifications.
• You cannot use the templates to create products like website builders, templates, boilerplates, or other tools where users can build their own projects.
• You cannot use the templates in products that compete with our business.

3. Modifications

You may modify the templates for your own projects, but the restrictions on redistribution and resale apply to any modified versions.

4. Support & Updates

• Single Template License includes community support only.
• All-Access Pass includes access to email support and lifetime updates for all templates.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates are the property of Next.js Templates and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, redistribution, or reproduction of the templates is strictly prohibited.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

All templates are provided "as is" without any warranties. The Licensor is not responsible for any issues or losses arising from the use of the templates.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the templates and delete any copies in your possession.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our templates, refunds will only be provided if:

• The template purchased has stopped functioning.
• The template is broken after installation and we are unable to provide a solution.
• Account fraud is detected.

Refund won't be granted if:

• You start a dispute or refund before informing our support team about your problem.
• You are unable to customize the purchased template due to lack of technical skill.
• You change your mind after the purchase.
• You choose not to use the product anymore.
